Located on Bond Street, The Westbury is a luxury hotel in London’s most exclusive fashion and boutique district.

The hotel is home to Artisan, one of London’s most exciting restaurants. It provides a unique gastronomic experience and specialises in modern European cuisine. Food excellent

Rooms noisy. Able to hear conversations, coughing etc. Hard to sleep. Communicating doors need to be soundproofed. Had to move rooms after one night.

lunch time meal, excellent service, excellent food

it was almost impossible to sit at a table for evening time drinks due to many tables being reserved by non residents

The bed was very comfortable and the location was good

The room service breakfast was cold. The tea was cold. There was only 1 fork. I would not recommend ordering breakfast. There was only 1 bath robe. The room was clean but the bathroom was not. There was no price list for the mini bar. We requested one but never got it.

Alhtough we were only booked in for 1 night our room was cleaned bewteen the hours we were out enjoying the london night life ensuring we had clean towles the next morning. It's the little things.

Great location and service of the hotel staff.

Noises from other rooms were noticeable. There was a minor water problem in bathtub (water kept leaking).

Near to theatre district.

We arrved at 2pm and were unable to check in - we were asked to have a coffee and wait. (We had lunch in their bar- 2 sandwiches and 3 glasses of wine- £75!) The room was still not ready at 3.15pm. We went out and returned at 6pm- the room was ready and we were assured our rate would be reviewed in compensation. When checking out I reminded them- they deducted a bottle of water from mini-bar!

The staff make the hotel attentive and friendly.

I believe that when u pay £245 for a one night stay the shower should do more than dribble from the tap, not good enough.

The staff and its location. The polo bar

We unfortunately had a room at the back of the hotel which suffered from noisy delivery vehicles early in the morning which disturbed us. The rooms are small but comfortable. The hairdryer in the bathroom was not satisfactory.
