Your told on website that you will get an open plan room but that was not the case. Also you only get 1 pillow and this dirty little silver pillow which I think is never washed(DONT use), apart from that the room was very clean.

good location,friendly staff,comfortable. Booked on a winter deal so price was reasonable 309 Euros for 3 nights for 2 people.

Contemporary rooms, good view of canals etc.

Room cleanliness not very good. The executive room was basically a contemporary travel inn, except 3 times more expensive. 2nd day of a 4 night stay, no toilet roll, soap or tea left by the cleaners. 3rd day no water and no reason why twice told reception i wanted to pay cash for the room at the end of the stay, but they took the money off my credit card without my permission

It was not clean the roooms, even the second time I asked for it to be cleaned, it was not sufficent enough. We thought iIt was not considered 4 star hotel for the price and the hygience/cleaniness of the room.

Very close from the city center, very warm hall with cozy sofas and beautiful fire.

We got two tiny tiny rooms in the underconstruction wing of the hotel, moreover rooms are damn cold because of the old windows.

Lovely area in Museum Quarter, ten or fifteen minutes walk to center / Dam Square. Good bar and restuarant. Amazing Rain Shower in the room, and matress was brilliant

Everything was fabulous. Good value. . .more like a five-star. Contemporary, beautiful, great staff, location can't be beat, most comfortable beds your body can handle, what else do you want from a hotel?

Hotel restaurant was a bit too trendy, we couldn't even get a table there. But so what? Ordered room service and got better food, in bed, for the same price.
