Very comfortable bed. Simple, clean and functional room. Centralized location. Friendly staff.

It was hard to book things because the concierge was not always there.

Great location...close to lots of landmarks

We had to call the front desk twice because there was no hot water. No conditioner. Locked me out of my room before I checked out.

Its location...right in the middle of everything. The rooms were so comfortable and cosy and the staff were fantastic. I really can't find one negative thing to say.

Location and it is a very cool hotel. Nice bar.

It is small and expensive, but considering the location, that was to be expected

the bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was helpful everytime we had a question. The size of the room was very small, but I understand this is common for Mahattan hotel rooms.

rooms were too small and they put me in a smaller room (standard) than what I had paid for (queen). I had to complain twice to get the approppriate room.

I like the location of the hotel and it was very clean and comfortable.

We had some difficulties... The first room was way too hot, and the second room had a very noisy air conditioner!

The location

Altought we resrved a medium queen room, the hotel gave us the smallest room with a small double bad. Only after we demended to get a biger room- they chanhed it to a bit bigger one, but the bad was really small and doesn't suit 2 people!!
