house keeping is not so good

I love the location of the hotel and being so close to the main shopping area. However, construction next door was a little irritating early in the morning. I stayed on the 8th floor so the sound of the traffic did not bother me, however, a colleague of mine was on the 3rd floor at the front part of the hotel and she had difficult nights with the traffic noise.

The conference facilities were not ideal. The food that was served for lunch was atrocious and the coffee and tea breaks were in need of more vigilant refreshing.

It was very central.warm and comfortable.staff were efficient and friendly

would have liked to be able to make a warm drink at the end of the evening before bedtime

the hotel was fine until a staff member stole £4oo from our safe ,we had to call the police , another room had also had problems,the hotel just stated that they were investigating it we were livid , also they couldnt prosecute anyone due to us leaving the country

The location was good, the room was spacious and very comfortable and the staff were helpful. The buffet breakfast was very nice.

While there wasn't a restaurant, there were alot of good restaurants nearby

Lovely rooms, full mini bar, very near to all activities and pleasant staff.

Rooms very hot, would have been nice to have room service and meals available.

The room was very noisy and the receptionist on departure was extremely rude when we questioned an over-charge.
